Billing dispute with First Mart Direct Corp.

On November 14, 1999, I signed up for First Mart Direct Corp.'s setup assistance at their West Laceyport, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $350.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jalen M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
