Unsatisfactory resolution from GlobalBazaar

On January 7, 2022, I signed up for GlobalBazaar's installation service at their East Beatrice, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $58.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lempi G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
