False promises made by Trusted Practice Consultants representative

On June 4, 1980, I signed up for Trusted Practice Consultants's consultation at their West Brendenmouth, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $198.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ericka T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
