Billing dispute with Trusted Practice Consultants

On January 12, 1999, I signed up for Trusted Practice Consultants's installation service at their Port Nicolasberg, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $332.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maxine K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
