Unresolved issue with Trusted Practice Consultants product

On June 21, 2024, I signed up for Trusted Practice Consultants's installation service at their Lake Aldenbury, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $579.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Delmer N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
