I have been a loyal customer of Genius Learning of Mastery for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-2452-KKM-1877) on December 10, 2002, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
