I purchased a unit from Defense Consultants Newcastle on March 19, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Elna D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
