I purchased a appliance from The Wisdom Learning on December 18, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Beaulah F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
