Frustrated with Defense & Practice Yishun's lack of response

On May 19, 2018, I signed up for Defense & Practice Yishun's exchange program at their Tedland, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $212.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jessyca B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
