I am writing regarding order #ORD-6740-EGW-6214 placed with Diagnostic Services Holdings on August 22, 1991. I paid $537.27 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Giovanny P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
