Refund refused by Healthy & Tastes International

I want to report a serious concern with Healthy & Tastes International's appliance that I purchased on January 13, 1996 from your Koeppville, New Jersey store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Afton S., but my issue remains unresolved.
