I purchased a accessory from Development & International on January 3, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kurtis F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
