LogicByte Systems Corp. refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5211-KIM-9997 placed with LogicByte Systems Corp. on May 15, 1981. I paid $801.6 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alfonso M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
