Quality issues with The Super Market Hamamatsu product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6486-ECW-4490 placed with The Super Market Hamamatsu on April 2, 1977. I paid $330.41 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Keyon M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
