Quality issues with Engineering Partners International product

On June 12, 2023, I signed up for Engineering Partners International's exchange program at their Breitenbergstad, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $90.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Janelle R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
