I have been a loyal customer of Fresh Bazaar San Jose Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-6441-SGF-2523) on July 23, 2017, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
