Poor customer service experience with Meals & Eateries

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8213-TOL-2250 placed with Meals & Eateries on October 13, 2003. I paid $353.50 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nora F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
