I want to report a serious concern with Total Life's membership that I purchased on February 7, 1982 from your Donavonport, Minnesota store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Issac M., but my issue remains unresolved.
