Unresolved issue with Select Residence product

On July 28, 1996, I signed up for Select Residence's exchange program at their South Barbara, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $705.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cesar F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
