False promises made by NodeLogic Rostov-on-Don representative

On April 23, 1996, I signed up for NodeLogic Rostov-on-Don's setup assistance at their Port Damianport, Utah location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $194.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Franco I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
