I want to report a serious concern with Organic Fare Dijon's accessory that I purchased on October 6, 2016 from your South Uriahshire, Washington store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Trisha A., but my issue remains unresolved.
