Frustrated with TrueDepot Juárez's lack of response

On August 25, 1995, I signed up for TrueDepot Juárez's exchange program at their Heathburgh, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $72.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nelle A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
