False promises made by Net-Ware representative

On January 16, 2016, I signed up for Net-Ware's training session at their Watersmouth, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $893.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Golda U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
