I am writing regarding order #ORD-1403-PJJ-2298 placed with Homemade Feast Classics on December 8, 1999. I paid $130.62 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Blanche N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
