Refund refused by HyperLab Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2932-BNR-7179 placed with HyperLab Inc. on March 13, 1995. I paid $693.33 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Adolfo U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
