I want to report a serious concern with Quality Architecture Company Chongqing Holdings's gadget that I purchased on December 24, 2000 from your Robelton, Kentucky store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Nona Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
