I purchased a subscription from Hyper Cloud Seville on March 30, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Israel S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
