I purchased a product from Practice Offices of Precise on March 24, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hyman G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
