On April 12, 1977, I signed up for Premium Space Management's upgrade service at their Lavonville, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $996.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Laurence H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
