On February 4, 1981, I signed up for Study Training Skills's technical assistance at their Wehnerborough, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $171.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Aubrey E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
