I purchased a software from Healthy Meals Corp. on June 22, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Easton Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
