Frustrated with Wisdom Advancement Class's lack of response

On March 22, 1981, I signed up for Wisdom Advancement Class's troubleshooting service at their Port Nataliechester, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $308.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emma E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
