Delayed delivery from Fast Spot

On April 9, 2006, I signed up for Fast Spot's support package at their Lake Clementmouth, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $645.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tressa B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
