I have been a loyal customer of Deal & Express for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-7901-ONW-7599) on November 28, 1986, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
