I am writing regarding order #ORD-8730-PQR-8560 placed with Modern Healing Corp. on December 24, 1999. I paid $842.51 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jazmyn X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
