NanoSoft Platforms refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3051-DYF-6023 placed with NanoSoft Platforms on November 4, 1997. I paid $561.9 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Anjali X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
