On August 25, 2015, I signed up for SoftSecure's technical assistance at their Feeneyberg, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $514.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brant R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
