I want to report a serious concern with Learning Minds of Success's membership that I purchased on February 10, 2001 from your New Rosalindshire, Illinois store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Corine J., but my issue remains unresolved.
