I want to report a serious concern with Learning Minds of Success's subscription that I purchased on March 31, 2008 from your Ratkeborough, District of Columbia store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eleonore P., but my issue remains unresolved.
