Delayed delivery from Learning Minds of Success

On October 12, 2005, I signed up for Learning Minds of Success's return process at their Borerfurt, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $286.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Laisha K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
