I want to report a serious concern with Justice, Justice & Associates Surabaya's plan that I purchased on October 19, 2014 from your Lolaborough, Connecticut store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dennis C., but my issue remains unresolved.
