I am writing regarding order #ORD-2435-WCQ-2213 placed with Vital Med Professionals on June 10, 2002. I paid $664.19 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tyra L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
