I have been a loyal customer of Scholar Advancement Learning for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-4500-QGL-2802) on February 14, 1985, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
