On October 11, 1998, I signed up for Scholar Advancement Learning's customer support at their Port Dolly, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $741.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Domenica I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
