Unsatisfactory resolution from UnitedCare

On September 15, 2012, I signed up for UnitedCare's repair service at their North Lacyland, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $906.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carson E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
