Poor customer service experience with Tasty Feast

I want to report a serious concern with Tasty Feast's plan that I purchased on January 20, 2012 from your Fletcherland, South Dakota store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Aimee W., but my issue remains unresolved.
