On May 3, 2019, I signed up for Hospital Specialists's setup assistance at their Maryfort, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $633.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Berniece U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
