I have been a loyal customer of TotalPractice for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-3368-HKM-7378) on July 11, 2007, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
