Frustrated with Smart Foundation Lab's lack of response

On March 30, 2011, I signed up for Smart Foundation Lab's warranty service at their Dachbury, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $506.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Santiago T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
