I have been a loyal customer of Smart Foundation Lab for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-6397-AMC-7021) on May 26, 2002, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
